We have two giant breeds one of which has an ongoing illness and other insurance company’s hike up the premiums due to this or refuse to insure, BBM don’t do this and still give a good cover. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My puppy was very ill, I was beside myself with worry, not really sure if he was going to make it through the night. Bought by many not only went over and above to help, they dealt with the vets directly , taking so much pressure away from me so I could focus on my puppy and getting him well. They also done this with so much empathy and compassion that I am still with them today , also they didn’t raise the premiums for the next year either which you hear so many other companies do.
