Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Not had to claim yet or use but always been happy

Not had to claim but when first bought was a fab dog up and quote process and portal to change details always been easy to use. I have no complaints. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

5 star customer service

5 star customer service. Very helpful customer service who reassured me when I had a very large vets bill. I was able to pay the vets directly and get treatment for my dog Lucy. The claims for is also very easy to use and submit. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
