Very easy/very efficient

Very easy to get initial policy. Making a claim was very easy (only held up by my Vets being difficult with passing information on). No hesitation in recommending BBM to anyone- in fact I already have recommended several times. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I am amazed at the reasonably priced and genuinely pet friendly service offered by Bought By Many. From their £0 excess, to access to a free app which enables you to speak to a vet when your beloved pet is unwell. Need to read the small print

On top of the £69 excess you will also find you will need to find 20% of the claim amount ??? Only clear on page 27 of the policy?? Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fairly priced insurance

All good so far. Never had to claim on pet insurance (fingers crossed we never have to) so can't comment on that aspect of their service. Easy to compare policies, cover and pricing. Pricing seems to be fair. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

This pet insurance has all we need and is flexible so that you only pay for what you require. Very reasonable quote taken up and after twelve months was pleased to see that my renewal quote was exactly the same as if I were a new customer. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

No Worries!

We have a very challenging Frenchie who has had an assortment of problems since we had him. I haven't worried once about visiting the vets as I know that in most circumstances treatment and cost has been covered. No worries ! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have had many pet insurances over the years and I recently had to submit a claim when our beloved dog fell ill. Excellent service, excellent level of cover

Claims are handled quickly and efficiently. I added a 2nd older dog with a significant past medical history, but was told that if I had not claimed or the dog had not received treatment for this in the previous 2 years, it would be considered a new condition.
