No Worries!

We have a very challenging Frenchie who has had an assortment of problems since we had him. I haven't worried once about visiting the vets as I know that in most circumstances treatment and cost has been covered. No worries ! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have had many pet insurances over the years and I recently had to submit a claim when our beloved dog fell ill. Excellent service, excellent level of cover

Claims are handled quickly and efficiently. I added a 2nd older dog with a significant past medical history, but was told that if I had not claimed or the dog had not received treatment for this in the previous 2 years, it would be considered a new condition. Definitely the best insurance I have ever had

Not a great fan of insurers but bought by many is definitely a customer oriented insurance company. I have had to make a claim the ultimate test and though it took longer than I would expect they kept me informed all along so I cannot complain. They also have provided me with lots of additional services free with my insurance. Services that are beneficial and add lots of value for example free pet first aid course, free online access to a vet. The fact that I am happy to recommend bought by many speaks volumes as I never thought I would ever recommend an insurance company. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
