Great deal.

Bought by many seems to cover all the bases needed for comprehension pet insurance. The access to a 24 hour vet was the main attraction combined with the amount of cover versus cost. Thank you. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good insurance cover reasonably priced

I took out out insurance for car and dog as previous company increased the premiums to a ridiculous amount even though I have never made a claim. I rang them to ask why as they didn't reply to my email, but they seemed like they just didn't care. I have been impressed with Bought By Many. They are fair with the pricing of policies and keep in touch and also send a reminder before the Direct Debit is taken. They also provide access to First Vet which is an app to ask advice from a vet via a video call. I would definitely recommend Bought By Many and have already recommended them to several people I have met while dog walking. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I recommend this company to all my puppy owners as I have had such great experience with them when I’ve had to claim. I love that there is no claim forms and they sort everything for you really takes the stress out of a stressful situation. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best insurance my puppy has ever had.

I have been with a few insurance providers for my puppy chihuahua and have been very disappointed in the service given when my little girl got sick. Since I changed her insurance over to bought by many, the service has been exceptional especially when I needed to claim due to my puppies illness. It was immediate with no stupid questions and didn’t dispute the evidence provided like my old insurance company. Would highly recommend to anyone especially those with puppies. We have claimed a few times for our pups skin conditions and mever had any problems. Recommended Bought by Many to many of my friends! We have renewed our second year with them which ended up costing less then first year ! Happy customer! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Competitive prices and good money back offers

My little old lady cat needed new cover and Bought By Many offered the best value for the cover, including money back if you don't claim each year. I haven't had to claim yet but I can do it online when it comes to it. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great company for pet insurance

I’ve been with this company for around a year and a half now and although the premium did increase by quite a lot after the first year and no claims, I’m still glad that I stayed with them for the following year. I’ve unfortunately had to make a claim this year but it was handled fantastically and payment was made within a week or so and was very easy to process online.
