When my dog had an accident I contacted you guys and I took dog to the vets. All I had to do was just pay the excess, literally everything else was taken care of. Very easily and simply. Our dog Harley had to be referred by our vet to veterinary hospital. So, two claims for the one injury. All handled brilliantly even during height of Coronavirus pandemic. BBM kept us up to date throughout, claims settled without any issues. Great value insurance and service. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have been with Bought by Many for a few years and have claimed numerous times, have always found them easy and pleasant to deal with, apart from the odd glitch they have paid out pretty quickly.
