Fantastic service during a very stressful time

My 8 month old puppy took very sick bought by many were so helpful they dealt direct with the hospital and my vet taking the worry out of my dogs treatment. They provided regular updates by email re the status of my claim. All the bills were paid in full very quickly overall they were fantastic can’t rate them highly enough took the stress away from us. Drama-free Pet Insurance

BBM has certainly changed my perception of pet insurance companies. With a Frenchie who’s curiosity often ends up in the vets waiting room, we have put in numerous claims in the last 16 months, all of which were easy to submit, quick to review, and timeously paid. Outstanding care and customer service

Bought by Many took away all of the stress and worry of paying the vet bills whilst my dog Hector was very poorly. They covered everything and dealt directly with the vets whilst I concentrated on caring for Hector. Unfortunately Hector lost his fight and bought by many covered everything including the cremation. I received an email after confirming that they had paid the bill in full to the vets and also sending their best wishes. I have already recommended them to family and friends, and recently insured my new puppy with them. I would not go anywhere else for pet insurance. When my dog had an accident I contacted you guys and I took dog to the vets. All I had to do was just pay the excess, literally everything else was taken care of. Very easily and simply.
