We needed to claim several times over the last 12 months and everything was always dealt with efficiently and quickly - claiming online made it all so easy and you get regular updates on the status of your claim which I found helpful. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Had to make 2 unrelated claims in the first 12 months for our 2 Maine Coon Cats. Claiming was easy and payment made promptly direct to the Vets. Can make your claim either online or over the phone. Also can track the claim via your online account. Customer Service is one of the best I have experienced. Oh the Premium went up by pence not pounds upon renewal, very happy customer. Great policy, even for dogs that are harder to insure. Love the fact that you have access to a vet via video feed. Staff are friendly and deal with enquires quickly. Would highly recommend. I have both my dogs insured. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

With this insurance you get a free first vet app where you can ask questions and even have video conferences if you have concerns about your dog. Also I have just done a first aid kind of course with bought by many for free! It’s amazing ! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
