Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

ManyPets were there for my dog when I needed them!

ManyPets were there for me and my dog when I needed them the most. Excellent communication with a sympathetic approach and easy to contact. The option of so many cheaper providers was tempting but the best decision I made for my dog was choosing ManyPets. You get so much for your money along with 24/7 online live video vet advice which I have used to save a visit to my vets and a bill. Unfortunately recently That dreaded vet bill came and I barely had to do anything but pick up the phone and the claim was so easy to do, processed in no time at all. This made it so easy for me to just focus on caring for my dog and help him recover without the anxiety of being able to cover the endless bills that kept totting up through his surgery. Very Happy Customer
