Pleased with my choice

Swapped to BBM as I have 4 dogs and wanted a multi pet policy. Price was better than existing company and making the switch was easy. Being a policy holder also enabled me to do an online Dog First Aid course which I found really informative. I obviously don’t want to have to claim on policy but delighted with BBM so far. I've been with BBM for 15 months now, surprisingly the renewal after a large claim last year was still very reasonable. Ive now got 3 cats and 1 french bulldog with them and all i can say is I've had no issues with them at all. Friendly staff, straight forward policies. Best I've come across so far. I always recommend on all the pages i am on on Facebook and to my friends. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Twice i have had the misfortune to use our dog insurance. I have 2 g s.d and each time my case has been handled extremely professionally and dealt with within 4 weeks allowing me to pay by credit card and then paying it off within the month. Also the best priced dog insurance with the lowest excess i could find. There life term insurance is one of thee best on the market. Can't recommend this company enough. Thank you bought by many. S. This Insurer has provided an excellent service to date. at a very reasonable monthly cost. I have had to make one claim to date which was paid out in full without a quibble. They also enrolled me in a free pet first aid course, which I found to be very helpful and informative. All in all, a very excellent experience to date. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
