Efficient and helpful at all times

Best pet insurance

The whole process of applying online for insurance was very positive and simple. Bought By Many provides by far the best cover for my dog. I could also choose a different level of a cover and its benefits depending on my needs and budget. I chose one that pays back 20% of the premium if there is no claim in the given premium year. Quality pet insurance without the huge prices

I changed pet insurance to bought by many as the other company looking after my pet insurance kept hiking the prices and in 5 years it had slmost doubled. When i went to insure my new dog they wanted more than double the amount i was paying ( which had been increased annually, with no claims) for my.other dog. So i researched and found Bought by many who competitvely priced cover for 2 dogs to the same standard as the previous insuance comosny Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Bought By Many are fantastic and give such a peace of mind

My dog is my world, being a purebred miniature dachshund he comes with a risk of expensive back issues. Bought By Many was one of the few insurance companies I found that gave high enough a cover, and would cover multiple instances of the same issue. I did my research and found people who had been through IVDD claims (multiple times) with BBM and they spoke highly of them... decision made. What I didn't know then was how great they were in any scenario,not just the worst! My dog became very ill with a virus at 4 months old... Bought By Many covered his vet stays and treatment through to recovery, it was so easy to interact with them. I expected my renewal fee to increased significantly having made a claim but to my surprise the annual cost reduced. I have also used the video vet consultation multiple times, giving reassurance and saving me money. I've been able to have consulations in the middle of the night to see if issues could wait till the morning or if expensive out of hours emergency appointments were necessary. BBM are quite simply the very best, they really care and aren't just there to take your money! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
