I just love, love, love Bought By Many. What a breath of fresh air in the insurance market. I have no excess, very reasonable and cheaper than most other company premiums backed up with amazing customer service. Recently moved house and the insurance for my dogs actually went down mid term. We have been with Bought by Many since early this year when we got our puppy! Since then we have had to make a couple of claims due to our pup getting ill. I have never needed to follow up on a claim as I was updated regularly on its status. This is very helpful and makes life a lot easier when you are dealing with an unwell dog. I think the online claim process is easy to navigate. Payment has been prompt and in full. I have no complaints! Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Absolutely fantastic service

My puppy Luci has 3 parasites and the insurance covered everything. I felt awful Claiming as I had t even paid my 1st direct debit. Right from the live chat right theuntonthe claims team the service has been world class. My little dog is now back to perfect health and she has been warned I want to make no more claims lol!!
