Unfortunately we have had to use your services as both my boys were not well. The vets used where great & dealt with the problem. Then told don't worry about the bill. Your with bought by many and they sort everything out and you did. Kept me updated with the process too. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Have had to use the policy twice. Each time was hassle free (apart from the vets charging £35.00 admin fee for doing hardly any administration!) Payment to vets very prompt. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018
