When we got our English bulldog puppy we knew we wanted good cover for her. Bought by many provides us with lifetime cover at a competitive rate. We’ve had to have our puppy’s eyes operated on and the claim was so easy... they took care of everything with a few details from us on the app. They paid for the op and I’m glad our dogs health is covered with bought by many. Everything from policy wording to making a claim is straight forward and easy

Policy wording was simple and straightforward with no jargon making it easier to choose the best one for me. It's really great to have the option of a fixed for life policy so it can actually be used without fear of the premium going up. Earlier this year we did need to claim and it couldn't have been easier, we were kept informed at every stage and upon approval the vets were paid directly. Promising start to our relationship

Took out a policy in May 18, having decided some time ago that I would move from MoreThan once that policy was up for renewal. The great price obviously grabs your attention but it’s really the detail offered in the policy that I was really pleased with; equal if not better than previous policy for a fraction of the cost. I’ve also been involved in making a suggestion regarding ability to chose a DD date that suits us and have been really pleased with the progress e-mails I’ve been receiving. Thankfully not had cause to use the policy yet, which is when you really get to se e how good a company is but as the title says, a great start to our relationship! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018
