Promising start to our relationship

Took out a policy in May 18, having decided some time ago that I would move from MoreThan once that policy was up for renewal. The great price obviously grabs your attention but it’s really the detail offered in the policy that I was really pleased with; equal if not better than previous policy for a fraction of the cost. I’ve also been involved in making a suggestion regarding ability to chose a DD date that suits us and have been really pleased with the progress e-mails I’ve been receiving. Thankfully not had cause to use the policy yet, which is when you really get to se e how good a company is but as the title says, a great start to our relationship! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

Great priced insurance

I have insured 3 dogs for the price I was paying for two, I haven’t claimed yet so can’t comment on that, but I’ve insured two with previous conditions, which is great as I thought I was going to have to stay with the previous company and would have been trapped in it, with ever increasing premiums, although I couldn’t complain with the service as they paid out every time. I love my puppy Darcy and my top priority is his well-being and safety. Having Brought by Many insures just that and is simple and easy to use in times of need. Fortunately I have only needed to claim once since having Darcy insured. The claim was stress free and handled superbly by the team , I didn't have to even fill out a lengthy claim form which was most refreshing! The team did all the work to process my claim and obtain the vet reciepts, I was very impressed and my expectations were exceeded.
