Although I thankfully haven't had to make a claim yet, I cannot fault the impeccable service provided by Bought By Many. I have the top Notch cover and really couldn't want any more! Their online claims service mean no more completing claims forms and loosing them or posting them out, it's all done online, paperless is the way to go for ease and for the environment. Unfortunately our 7 month old german shepherd puppy suffered a stroke and bought by many were brilliant they were really helpful and set up a direct payment to the specialist really fast allowing her to been seen quickly they also paid out all of our claims quickly since then wether I claimed by phone or using the quick claims online form. I would highly recommend them and have renewed with them for a second year and the cost didn't go up by much either. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Swapped from our old insurers when they hiked our renewal price up, even though we had made no claims. Boughtbymany guarantee not to hike renew prices up. Their policy cover matched if not exceeded our existing policy and 25% less than our renewal price. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018
