Straightforward, comprehensive insurance

Whilst making a claim has yet to be tested, my experience of choosing a policy couldn’t have been easier. Clear, easy to understand terms and conditions at a very competitive price. I only hope any claim is as straightforward as this. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Best Insurance i have bought

easy to buy online very good price for pet insurance if fact cheapest I have found been with them for over 12 months now and wouldn't go anywhere else also recommended to my friends and even on some dog groups on face book always get a newsletter every month with useful information payment taken out of my bank by direct debit so no hassle for me and I know if I need a vet I am covered Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Nicest and quickest insurance company!

When my puppy was referred to a specialist for her sharpei fever, I didn’t have to worry about the insurance at all! The vets contacted BBM directly and I got an email a few weeks later from both the vets and the insurance to say everything was taken care of and all bills were fully paid, hassle free. Bought by Many: I can see why!

Our hound dog Kai is our furry child. He's precious and we want to take good care of him. Bought By Many made switching our pet insurance simple. We have cheaper insurance and much broader coverage for dental and medical costs. The policy choices are all outlined in clear language which allows you to see at a glance what you are covered for and make your choice quickly as to what is best for your pet. Their website is super easy to use and has a stylish aesthetic. Within seconds of switching I received our policy and lovely welcome note with numbers to call for claims, queries etc. When our direct debit is due we receive a reminder email. On top of that we receive regular newsletters about issues that are important to dog owners. I can't recommend them highly enough. I wish we'd found them sooner. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Although I thankfully haven't had to make a claim yet, I cannot fault the impeccable service provided by Bought By Many. I have the top Notch cover and really couldn't want any more! Their online claims service mean no more completing claims forms and loosing them or posting them out, it's all done online, paperless is the way to go for ease and for the environment.
