Hassle free, comprehensive cover

Swapped from our old insurers when they hiked our renewal price up, even though we had made no claims. Boughtbymany guarantee not to hike renew prices up. Their policy cover matched if not exceeded our existing policy and 25% less than our renewal price. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Top quality comprehensive cover, great customer service, low excess

I came across boughtbymany after researching pet insurance for my new puppy last year. I chose their service as the complete policy covers is clear and covers everything (including all dental). In the first year I claimed over £1000 in vets bills over several incidents and I only had to pay the excess on the first occasion (not for each claim), which I found to be a distinguishing feature. Although complete cover is the highest price, the policy has more than paid itself didn’t increase much on renewal either. Each time I had to process a claim the staff were friendly and helpful. They also offer unique policies such as a moneyback policy and cover for pets with previous conditions. With competitive prices, good communication and outstanding cover they just can’t be beaten in my opinion. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Straightforward Insurance

After my pet insurance doubled with my previous provider despite never having made a claim I knew it was time to look at other options. I was delighted to find Bought by Many who gave me a very reasonable and fair quote (half the amount of the other provider). The cover provided is ample when compared to others. Best insurance we've found

Our 6 year old black lab has had surgery on a detached achilles and surgery on his tummy. With Bought By Many, all the pre-existing problems were covered at a much more competitive price than All other companies we tried for the same level of cover...if they would cover our beloved pet at all.
