They have always shown great compassion towards my pet whenever I have contacted them & have dealt with my queries/claims promptly and efficiently. So easy, so simple, so quick, a really good pet insurance company at last!

I put in a claim for my little pooch for a few weeks of tests and examinations and got a diagnosis and treatment. I could not believe how fast and with so little fuss the claim was settled and the vet paid. I was really surprised and pleased and will never use another insurance company again, this is for keeps!
