Excellent Service

I have found this company very easy to deal with. I had to make a claim and I followed the simple steps of giving them a brief description of the problem and they did the rest. Super easy to claim and helpful team

BBM is one if the best decisions I’ve made regarding my pet. Unfortunately my dog hurt his leg and needed surgery and the claim process was unbelievably simple. Easy to claim, no hidden conditions

I took out pet insurance on our puppy, when we got him six months ago. I've had to take him to the vet a few times for little things (runny eyes, bald spot) that are normal for puppies, but can be expensive nonetheless. The claims were easy, less than a minute's work, after which they verify the claim directly with your vet. They keep you posted on the progress, and have gotten the money back each time within 2-3 weeks. The things they don't cover (neutering, vaccinations, passport) are clearly stated so you know up front what exactly you're signing up for. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018
