Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good but gets more expensive every year!

Never had to contact them since I took the policy out over 3 years ago, apart from when I had an initial problem which was sorted without fuss. However I am unhappy that the fees increase so much every year when you have never claimed! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Multi pet discount is great

My spaniel girl had Meningitis when she was 11 months old and we nearly lost her, but after nearly a year on steroids she's doing good but has had a few problems because of her immune system, manypets have been fantastic and always sorted things out quick when we claim. I've never had any issues and been lucky that I've not needed to claim for bailey as he's fit and well what I fine exceptional is that I do get money back due to me not making a claim, I would recommend many pets to anyone who is looking for good Insurance prices with excellent cover.
