Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good experience although claims can be slow

We have unfortunately had to claim a few times - the process has been straightforward and when we have had to speak to staff, they have been very helpful. The only negative is that the claims have sometimes taken longer than is comfortable, considering you have had to pay out first! All in all, I would recommend ManyPets. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

My cat Molly had to be put to sleep, Everyone was very professional but very sympathetic and claims from my vet and the animal hospital were settled quickly and without fuss. They were aware of my distress and I felt they really cared. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
