Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Many Pets are the best pet insurance on the market.

Many Pets are the best pet insurance on the market. They pay quickly and my cover has no excess. Every claim no matter how much is dealt with efficiently. Customer service is the best and they are someone you can talk to when you need advice. I have recommended them to everyone I meet. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
