Thankfully we haven’t faced a situation that requires us to use our insurance just yet, however it’s reassuring to know we have lifetime cover in case anything does happen. we have used the vet video call service which was helpful to give us initial advice before heading to our local vet. it's been very easy so far and we've had zero issues dealing with them when it comes to renewal. It's easy to log in and check any policy documents and amend details. Cost is high but similar to other providers and gives more cover Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
