Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Amazing service

I’ve have been with Many Pets for a few years and have had to make numerous claims. Using the online service to make a claim is quick and easy and sometimes I’ve been paid out within a few hours! Excellent and compassionate customer service

Easy to set up and great value

Excellent insurance company. All others _ especially vet recommended one- quoted astronomical premiums for my dogs pre-existing condition. Many pets offered a complete and great value policy for both of my dogs for less than a third of other for just one. Good communication and easy to contact when needed to speak to them. Simple and Good Customer Service

Puppy love

I took.out Many pets insurance for Max when he was a puppy he is now 14 months I cannot fault Many pets they have an excellent service and I know I can trust them to look after Max already I have had to put 2 claims in for Max Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Caring people, slow administration

I have generally had a great experience with ManyPets but over time they have been slow to respond and reimburse claims, including "waiting" for my vet to send over paperwork that my vet had already sent away weeks prior. I wish they were quicker to review claims. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Makes Pet Insurance a positive experience

We have used Many Pets since our beloved Cockapoo was 8 weeks old. The premiums were very competitive and the ease to claim has made it a very positive experience with no difficulties or caveats experienced. Great cover, value and service

Great cover (they cover leishmania), great value (premium reduced when I moved even tho another insurer I use for another pet increased my premium!) and excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022
