Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent service

Had to take my 11 year old Labrador to see the vet. He was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and received treatment. I paid and then submitted my claim to Many Pets that same day. Within hours they agreed my claim and the payment was in my account within 24 hours. Absolutely perfect. I have had to make claims before with them too and they have always been great. No issues with claims

Dogs are best
