Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Very happy with service so far.

Quick and easy

My Labrador cut his leg open and had to be sedated and have stitches, we were worried about the cost and our money situation was tight due to the cost of living going up but Many Pets were so quick so reimburse us the money! Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

My saviours

My GSD needed a cruciate ligament op. With a previous company I was only paid out a minimal amount as they clumped all the xrays and hospital stay in with the amount they allowed for this op. I changed to Many Pets and when an identical op was needed a year later on my GSDs other leg, they paid out the vet bill, in full, within 2 weeks. Thankyou so much. Excellent service

My dog had treatment in our vets for the first time I phoned many vets to discuss my claim customer service representatives had excellent customer service skills so friendly and helpful my claim was sorted promptly within a week Furthermore my policy enabled me to claim some money back if I hadn't claimed within that year The first year of our dogs life we didn't use our insurance and without any excuses some money as promised on joining Many pets was reimbursed Very professional company many others should learn from how they perform and how they respect there customers Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Many Pets takes the worry out of having a pet
