Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Never any fuss

Amazing service & so easy!

I will never go anywhere else for pet insurance! It is so easy to make a claim, you can do everything online you don’t have to sit on hold for ages like you do with other insurers and the money was in my bank within 2 DAYS!! I have also called because I had a query and I got through immediately, the person I spoke to was so helpful and didn’t make me feel silly for asking lots of questions about my claim and how it all works.
