Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Perfect pet-friendly insurer

Many Pets have always gone out of their way to be helpful and each member of staff seem genuinely passionate about pets. Each insurance plan is catered to suit individual pets and their families. Always approachable

I have had cause in my pets life to have to make 2 claims. Both of these times the staff at many pets have been approachable, good humoured, practical, sympathetic and juet generally helpful. Never underestimate the human touch when you're feeling scared or worried that your furbaby needs treatment. I really rate the customer service experience. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
