Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Accounting is very confusing

Many Pets and the Vets it takes a lot of time to reconcile the two. Many Pets tell you what they are paying but do not mention any invoices or who that are from. Reviewed on: 8th October 2022

Amazing service!

Website is very easy to use, my quote was very good and even through I’ve been with them for years , and there is an increase I wouldn’t change as I know my dogs are covered.
