Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fantastic Service

I have had to make a couple of claims for my 2 dogs and Many Pets have always paid up quickly and without any fuss. The claim procedure is really simple and they are good value too. What’s not to love! Reviewed on: 15th September 2022

I do not recommend

When I first made a claim for my cat it was about £16 something this was nearly 4 years ago , however every month the price increased to £16 to £18 , it was hardly ever the same price. I thought it was a few pounds so it’s fine , but this month I for another email to say it’s going to be £26 a month I’ve never made any claim before. I have the full Cover which I checked and its £200 a year on medication and £7000 a year claim. Pet plan do the same for £13 a month. People have referred to them as scammers it seems that way, and now I would like to change companies Reviewed on: 15th September 2022

Great company
