Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Simple comprehensive coverage and good service

The policy is well written and straightforward. Three cats were covered as easily as one. Priced a bit cheaper than others and easier to understand. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Rest assured

Our dog Timmy required specialist investigations , we were worried about his health and also how we would finance his care , as we thought we would have to pay out then claim back . But many pets sorted everything liaised with the vets , it was so good we could concentrate on our dogs recovery without the worry of payment. Thanks again many pets Reviewed on: 14th September 2022
