Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Easy to deal with, no hidden charges, excellent cover

Excellent fuss-free service

Every claim has been dealt with efficiently and in some cases on the same day as I went to the vet. It's a very easy process to claim and the advisors were very knowledgable about the policy when I went to renew. 100% happy. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Excellent service

I had to claim twice for one of our dogs last autumn. Each time, there was no quibbling, they kept me up to date with developments, came to a decision quickly and paid the vets quickly as well. I was so impressed with them. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

I have had to make quite a few claims and each time the service I have received has been first class. The operatives at the end of the phone are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
