Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Very good pet insurance

I had my cat and dog insured. Unfortunately my cat developed an illness which he did not recover from. Many Pets were with me the whole way and paid with no problems which made the whole very sad event less traumatic. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

First Class Pet Insurance

Really clear policy wording, kind and caring customer service. Actually listen to you and seem to really care about animals. Great value and straight forward to have a multipolicy.
