Easy to deal with, no hidden charges, excellent cover

The company was very easy to deal with at a time when we had a small puppy and didn’t know what we needed. There are no hidden charges and the excellent cover given was much better than others we looked at. Highly recommended!! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Every claim has been dealt with efficiently and in some cases on the same day as I went to the vet. It's a very easy process to claim and the advisors were very knowledgable about the policy when I went to renew. 100% happy. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

I have had to make quite a few claims and each time the service I have received has been first class. The operatives at the end of the phone are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very good pet insurance

I had my cat and dog insured. Unfortunately my cat developed an illness which he did not recover from. Many Pets were with me the whole way and paid with no problems which made the whole very sad event less traumatic. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
