Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My dog has many medical conditions and Many Pets have an easy claims process to complete and have paid out the insurance money to the vets each time. Excellent company and easy to deal with. I will never change!

I can honestly to recommend Mnay Pets enough! Last year, my dog was taken to the vets for a routine spaying. Unfortunately, after returning home, she went down hill and begin to bleed from her wound. She was rushed to the emergency vets and required medical assistance. After contacting Many Pets, they took a lot of rhe worry off my shoulders. I was only needed to pay the excess but everything else was sorted directly between the vets and Many Pets. The staff on the phone and behind the scenes were incredible, empathetic and so supportive. Alongside this, the benefits (online free vet advice) are second ro none. I have and continue to recommend Many Pets to anyone looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
