Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great pet insurance

My dog had an infected dew claw, on a weekend evening, and we had to take her to an emergency vet. We claimed from Many Pets that same evening and they paid us the next morning. Amazing! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Pawfect!

From day one Many pets have been brilliant. Our dog recently became poorly which resulted in lots of big vet bills( which is another worry you don’t need whilst having an Ill pet.) we are so pleased we had insurance! Every member of staff that I’ve spoken to over the phone have been lovely and given great advice. Aswell as asking how our dog was throughout our claim.
