Concise, informative, friendly & helpful. Really like the benefits you get with a refund of costs if you don't have to use the insurance cover. If only more of the Insurance industry took that approach. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

I am always waiting too long when rising a claim sometimes even 4 months, its not fair as if the dog is sick sometimes i need to spent few hundreds and i am lack of money, other companies sending money within one month or even few days Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

We are into our 3rd year with ManyPets, and have had to claim a couple of times because of Ted's ears, which has been paid out with no problem.
