Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great insurance company

Brilliant service

Best Pet insurer .

We got an elderly spaniel last November and he had a accident which has meant a lot of treatment and expense . We are so impressed with the level of insurance cover we have had for him and all claims paid with no fuss . Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

First class service
