Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good value

Had to phone to make a claim after my puppy ate a dead duckling! No wait for call to be answered and straight forward to claim! Empathetic agent! Cover is superb and much cheaper than my previous insurer! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Reliable insurance

Quick efficent service

Its really difficult when tour per is ill ir injred. Many Pets took all the pain of worrying about the financial aspect. Worth every oenny with their smooth efficient service. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Amazing Service

Since being with Many Pets,I have never had any issues with claim payments. If I have had to pay Bill's initially,Many Pets have payed me back on the same day. My Frenchie (Boo) has broken her leg,she has allergies and Many Pets has been there financially from day One. I'm so glad I took out pet insurance, because I would never have been able to pay for Boo's Treatments. I truly believe Many Pets deserve to win this Award for Outstanding Service to Me and Boo. Absolutely brilliant
