Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

They understand

When your pet is sick, the last thing you need is to be wrangling with an insurance company. ManyPets understands that. Both times when I have had to claim, the process was a doddle. In one case, the money was in my account the next day. In the other case, it was there in ONE HOUR! That is service indeed. I’ve told friends about this and a couple of them have changed to ManyPets. Great Coverage and Prompt Payments

We were reluctant about pet insurance as they are so many options and prices. Many Pets was transparent during the enrollment and has been ever since. Excellent

I had called them as my renewal was a tad expensive for me to continue. They managed to get me a better quote and at a better monthly price without having to sacrifice any options for my pet. Couldn't be more thankful as my pet can be insured for at least another year without worrying about any medical bills if something should happened. . Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Peace of mind at the worst time

My French Bulldog Basil was 15 months when he quickly became very unwell with a form of meningitis. We were all beside ourselves as he was referred to a specialist vet where he was kept in. We were told he’d need to stay for 5 days and the outcome was very uncertain. As well as being so worried he wouldn’t make it, I also had to comfort my children and was upset at the thought of Basil being away from us all and how he would cope. One thing I didn’t worry about was my insurance, and paying the large bill that was accruing every day with the extended stay, scans and tests, medication. I knew that it would be covered by Many Pets, and it was very quickly administrated and settled without issue, so I could concentrate on getting Basil back to full health. I’m so happy and grateful to say that he’s now fully recovered, full of life and home with us where he belongs. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Best insurance provider

They are the best insurance provider I have been with. With my previous provider, it took 3 months to get my claim approved and the money returned but with Many Pets, the form is so much easier and I had the money returned the next day Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Brilliant Company.

I’ve never had any problems with this insurance, they’ve gone over and above expectations. No problems with payouts either back to me or to the vets, no paperwork for me either.
