Definitely my favourite thing about having a sick cat!

Ok, so there's nothing else that's actually good about having a sick cat, so there's not much competition - but! Bought By Many are excellent. Their website is super user-friendly and the language is clear and informative; their customer service is efficient, friendly and reassuring; the access to 24-hr video vet consultations is invaluable; claims are a doddle; payment is super fast. Quick and Transparent

Stress free experience in troubling times

Bought by many have taken the stress out very difficult times with my Border collie. When she’s been injured by a broken bottle in a stream, and had to undergo several surgeries the last thing I wanted to think was vet bills. With BBM I didn’t have to. I opted for an excess-free policy and all surgeries were covered. I didn’t have to pay a single penny or complete a single form. Even when my naughty collie gnawed her bandage off and opened her stitches and had to have another surgery. Highly recommend BBM as a compassionate, cost effective and simple insurer.
