Excellent service

I have had my dogs insured with Bought By Many was several years now and always found the prices competitive and fair. This year I’ve made two fairly big claims on my dog who has had surgery. The claim was easy to complete and BBM paid out really quickly with no questions asked. Would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Caring

I’m still in shock that an insurance company really can be this helpful. My dog Ozzy was sick while we were on holiday in the care of my dad. When we returned he informed us that Ozzy had been really poorly and spent a period of time being treated at the vets. He actually had a breakdown worrying about everything. Bought by Many sorted everything out, they were so compassionate it was heartwarming to know they were fair and caring. Beyond my expectations and appreciated more than words. Fantastic, so easy to deal with

Our dog has had two ruptured cruciate ligament within 12 months of each other, bought by many have been outstanding, covered all treatment including hydrotherapy. So simple to make a claim via telephone or the website! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Breadth of products and super service

We went with Bought by Many dye to the innovative breadth of products from ones that will provide cover for pre-existing condition to the one we are on where you get money back if you don’t make a claim. The rating was also competitive especially for younger dogs. Our dog recently managed to slice his paw with a grass seed and needed minor surgery and the claims process has been very straightforward so far.
