Efficient, professional, caring.

A year and a half into mammary carcinoma surgery and post op reviews for my dog, I can say that the whole experience with BBM has been exceptional. The process at a difficult time was made easier by their reassuring and understanding call operators. The claim process was straightforward and fast whether reimbursing me or the hospital directly. Best insurance company bar none !

We had paid 2 premiums when our puppy broke his elbow , he had several thousands of pounds worth of surgery and it was paid directly to the vets and communication was outstanding. I recommend this company to all I meet with pets and wouldn’t go anywhere else . Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Bought By Many is one of the few insurers who cover pre-existing conditions. They dealt with my recent claim quickly and courteously, keeping me in touch with what was happening, and the claim was settled in a seamless and straightforward way. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
