I could not ask for better Cover

My frenchie is now 2 1/2 yrs old. She’s had her problems bless her. But all of my worries were taken away by BBM. I could concentrate on Nelly, and not my bank balance. Everything was covered by the insurance!! No hassle over claiming, or payments. I was kept up to date at every point of claims. I can rest assured that Nellys health now and future needs are covered. I have no worries re ringing and querying things. Always more than happy to help. Amazingly also only one annual excess if need to claim. What a fantastic company to be insured with. My fur baby is precious, and I know she’s taken care of health wise 24/7 if needed. Would definitely highly recommend BBM to anyone looking for Pet cover. Couldn’t ask for better!!! Thank you. Turns out they are same as Car Insurance in as much as if you don't switch providers each year, they'll hike your premium every year. My premium went from £275 to £380. Looked around and found pretty much the same policy for £150. Standard insurance rip off. Make sure you switch providers each year. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

I haven't claimed anything with my insurance yet, but the signup process was easy and they offer free unlimited vet consultations by video, which I took advantage of. Perfect in every way

Monty, our beautiful 3 year old mini labradoodle needed a hip replacement and BBM have been perfect with every step of his journey and I am only glad we joined them, via recommendation.
