I have the plan where the premium stays the same, although this may seem expensive initially from my past experience of pet insurance as your pet gets older the price goes up considerably year by year! Knowing my monthly amount will not change is great Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Very easy to choose cover on the website and purchase. Competitive rates and cover well explained. All documents received online, and easily accessible from website. We have also been unfortunate enough to have to claim, but the claims process also went very smoothly and was settled in accordance with the cover T's&C's - black and white, no quibbles. Also when I've spoken to customer service staff on the phone, they've been very knowledgeable about their products, as well as relaxed, friendly and unhurried on the phone - they're happy to listen about all the stories I tell them about my pets! Easy claims, premium did not increase

I have claimed twice on this policy for my dog and the claims process was quick and easy. Despite the two claims the increase to the annual premium was really fair and this is the first provider that I didn't cancel to go to a new insurance provider. I have also recommended this policy to all my Borehamwood and Elstree dogs Facebook group! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
