Great insurance company!

My cat Castiel had to have surgery because he broke his leg and BBM were so helpful and straightforward regarding their claims process. I got text updates every few days and emails to let me know what was going on. And instead of having to pay nearly £2000 we only paid £99 because BBM covered the rest of the fee. I am certainly not looking to change my pet insurance any time soon! I am soon adding a second cat instead Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

So easy to find the insurance I needed through BBM. Great value for money. I know that my pets are completely covered if I needed medical assistance. Brilliantly easy to navigate and select the amount of cover required. Well done! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

I have not been with BBM long and not made a claim yet, so I’m not sure how much of a review this can be, however, their customer care is fantastic and what I love the most so far is the free vet video consultations. It was so thorough, profesional and actually helped me not have a hefty vet bill for my puppy’s upset tummy. So far 5 stars, if I ever have to claim (fingers crossed I wouldn’t need to) I hope they will be as good. Thank you. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
