Used Many pets for the first time when my fur baby had his first fit. It was a horrible time for us and Many pets did not questions us once. Just prompt payment straight away. Really easy to deal with no hassle at all. Any problems we have we use the 24 7 advice line where someone rings us back via teams and having a face to face chat just eases you straight away. You get what you pay for so I’m sticking with you.

I love the ease of submitting claims and uploading documents. Claims are paid promptly and if there is a delay it is usually due to a hold up with retrieving information from the vets office. I’ve had to claim quite a lot in my dogs first three years of life and this is reflected in the increasing cost of insuring her. But you get what you pay for so I’m sticking with you!
