Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Best Pet Insurance Company!

I've been around the block with Insurers but BBM far outweigh any of the rest. Lifetime policies as standard. Complementary 24/7 Virtual Veterinary assistance. Very responsive claims process. Customer service is outstanding. Caring and empathetic. Insurance premium is competitive. I simply love BBM. Wish I could give 7 stars to demonstrate the elite service! Very friendly, very helpful.

I got my dog first aid through bought by meny as they put in a draw. Which i thought was brilliant. If you don't claim on your insurance you get money back, thought this was excellent idea. I think bought by many or really good. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
