I have been with bought by many four 3 years. The insurance premiums are very competative and the insurance policy offers many extras, like the virtual vet option. I have claimed twice and the prices is very easy and the staff helpful. They keep you informed on the progress of your claim every step of the way, which I like. We moved to BBM about 18 months ago and unfortunately since then, have had to claim several times. BBM have been helpful, professional and have paid every claim. Can't fault them. Not had to claim yet but Iv heard many stories of how good their insurance is. Finding the right quote for our dog was easy and stress free! The cover is also brilliant with vet fees, 24hr video vet service etc Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
