Refreshing experience

I have to admit I was a little sceptical when I first took out insurance for our new puppy, premium fixed for life seemed too good to be true. True to their word, Bought by Many have not increased our premium despite a claim within the first year of cover. The claim process was simple and was settled promptly. Very supportive, and easy to use

We have been with Bought By Many for nearly 4 years. They have been a trusted provider through our dog's health care needs with supportive service, and clear updates. First class customer service, price competitive and innovative pet insurance provider

Just this week i was left worrying about Brodie our cocker spaniel. Unsure whether to take him to our vets, i remembered the complimentary First Vet video service offered by BbM! It was a brilliant service. It provided peace of mind at.. 10 o'clock at night! I've been so impressed with the level of cover, premium style service offered at such a competitive price. Good coverage, a little slow to pay out.

We took out cover for our Puppy, Georgie. We made a claim quite early on when we took Georgie to the vet. Bought By Many reimbursed us for the vet’s visit however it took a while and several phone calls for the money to come through. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Pawsum Service

When we got Loki our working Cocker we never thought he would need vet treatment other than the responsible visits. Unfortunately he has had a few problems but with BBM the claim process is so simple, they keep you informed at every stage of the process. Where they can’t authorise a payment they are upfront and fully explain why they cannot. The fact that most of it is automated fits into our busy lives (no waiting in long call queues and form filling). Highly recommended !! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
