Happily I have not yet needed any treatment for my pet. However, the seamless transition of changing from my previous provider and value for money cannot be bested. I unfortunately had to make a claim, this company was fantastic. They understood I was really upset that my pet was unwell, they dealt straight with the vet hospital efficiently, they kept me informed all the way through and their communications were friendly and informative. Very easy and clear with direct ruins as to what policy I should purchase for my dog with an existing medical condition. The advice given enabled me to choose the reign policy and the best price I could find! What’s even better, there was no long wait to speak with someone! Highly recommended.
